The volunteer portal for the games is open. Head on over to TORONTO2015.org/volunteer to sign up for the games.
If you want to work on Roller Speed Skating events in particular, please enter the code SPTRS when prompted (however, this may preclude you from other sports in the beginning so don’t use the code if you want to be a general volunteer). Volunteer tasks could include preparing the field of play, athlete services, and other tasks related to the running of the Roller Speed Skating event. We’ll do our best to keep you involved in Roller Speed events when you enter the code SPTRS.
The TORONTO 2015 Games will provide a once-in-a-lifetime home Games opportunity for volunteers from across the Greater Golden Horseshoe region.
All volunteers who put on the TORONTO 2015 uniform will be front-line hosts and ambassadors. They will embody the community pride, diversity and enthusiasm that define the Games. They will gain valuable skills training, and will help ensure visitors and athletes from around the Americas sing the praises of our region, long after the Games are over.
We hope yours will be among the many hands helping us deliver the largest international multi-sport event ever held in Canada. These are your home Games. Seize the opportunity!
