On April 14th and 15th Roller Sports Canada, in conjunction with VRL, will be hosting the 2012 Canadian Indoor Championships. The two day event will be held in Laval, Quebec and will feature racing from Canadas best roller speed skating athletes.

VRL hosted the 2nd Coupe VRL of the 2011-2012 season. Skaters from Quebec and Ontario took part in this indoor competition at Laval’s Récréathèque, the venue for the Canadian Indoor Championships set for April 14-15.

Camp d’entraînement de patin à roues alignées sur piste incliné 250 mètres à Playa Del Carmen. Pour patineurs de calibre débutant sachant se tenir debout à l’élite.

• Du 7 au 14 Mars

Nous commenceront par la base… Même les bons patineurs doivent recommencer à la base pour mieux reprendre et corriger les petits défault pour ensuite atteindre de meilleurs niveaux. Les entraîneurs s’ajusteront à tous les calibres. Les cours se donneront en français, anglais et espagnol. Des fois ce sera juste en espagnol 😛

Hotel Hacienda Paradise 3.5 étoiles au coeur de l’action de Playa avec accès à la plage (déjeuner inclus) (Les places sont limitées). Vous devez vous procurer vos propres assurances.

• Entraîneurs : Sergio Almarella, Simon Clément et Juan Pastor. (Mohamed Ariba est à confirmer).
• Réservation des chambres d’hôtel (air climatisé, wifi, déjeuner et accès chaises longue sur la plage incluse).
• Activité de groupe qui sera une visite de la jungle à cheval ou en VTT ou encore de l’hébertisme
• Le souper de groupe du J6 sera dans un bon resto de la 5e avenue ou des environs.

L’entraîneur se garde le droit de modifier, ajouter et supprimer des entraînements sans préavis. En exemple, la température joue un facteur important sur la qualité de nos entraînements; pluie ou trop chaud. Il peut aussi y avoir une préparation physique sur la plage (dryland) : pliométrie, renforcement musculaire, gainage, etc…

An inline training camp will take place on the 250m track of Playa Del Carmen in Mexico. This camp is for all skaters, from recreational to elite. We’ll begin with the basics of skating… Even the best skaters must go back to the basics in order to improve their skills at high speed. Coaches will modify the program to meet your abilities. Lessons will be in French, English and Spanish. Sometimes it will only be in spanish!

• Hotel Hacienda Paradise 3.5 stars right in the action of Playa Del Carmen with acces to the beach (breakfast included) (places are limited)
• You must get your own insurance.

The coach and the organizers reserve the right to modify, add, or cancel training without notice. For example, temperature plays an important factor on our training quality- in particular rain and hot. We may add dryland training at the beach and or stretching by the pool at the hotel.
