Paisley Perrie will represent Canada at the World Roller Speed Skating Championships this November in Taiwan.

Perrie, who will be coached by her father, Alex Perrie, recently competed at RSC’s selection competition for the Pan Am Games, placing 3rd overall, making her first alternate for the Games.

This will mark her second time competing at the World Championships- both times being in the Junior category. She first competed in the World Chsmpionships in Italy back in 2012.

The World Chanpionships will be held in Taiwan November 13-22.

The Canadian selection- athletes & staff (coaches), incur the vast majority of the costs involved with competing at the World Championships. RSC is funded only by a very small number of registrants. There is no other source of funding from Government or other sporting sources. RSC provided teamware.

Paisley Perrie représentera le Canada au Championnats du Monde de patinage de vitesse roller en novembre à Taiwan.

Perrie, qui sera entraînée par son père, Alex Perrie, a récemment participé à la compétition RSC de sélection pour les Jeux Panaméricains, se plaçant en 3ième au classement cumulatif. Ce sera la deuxième fois qu’elle aura coursé aux Championnats de Monde- les deux fois étant dans la catégorie Junior. Elle a participé pour la première fois dans les Championnats du Monde en Italie en 2012.

Les Championnats du Monde auront lieu à Taiwan du 13 au 22 Novembre.

Les sélection Canadienne- les athlètes et le personnel (entraîneurs) doivent payer eux mêmes la majorité des coûts liés à la participation aux Championnats du Monde. RSC est financé que par un très petit nombre de personnes inscrites. Il n’y a aucune autre source de financement gouvernementales ou d’organisations de sport. RSC fourni des vêtements pour l’équipe.
